Which stores are closed?
As the safety of our staff and customers matters most, we have closed all our stores in Australia and New Zealand. We will inform you via our social channels when we reopen.
Are orders still being delivered?
We’re accepting online orders as usual, and your parcel will be delivered via Australia Post.
However, please expect your delivery to take longer than usual. With many people working from home and practicing social distancing, COVID-19 has led to a huge uplift in online shopping. Australia Post has informed all their partners that there are some delays in the postal network. Refer to their website for more info.
We’re working to get your delivery to you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Refer to your delivery notification email for your tracking number and use the Australia Post tracking tool.
For your safety, signatures are no longer required for delivery or collection from post offices.
How do I return my item during COVID-19?
We will be extending our returns policy to 28 days after the stores reopen.
How do I redeem my Locker discount or birthday voucher?
The Locker discount is available in-store only.
Any birthday voucher that expires during the closure period will be honoured in store once reopened.
