You will be able to check the status of your order through the “Your order has been sent” email.
Click on the Trace your order link in the email. You will be taken to Australia Post’s track and trace website where you can follow the progress of your order.
- It may take a few days for tracking information to appear on the Track and Trace website. However if there is still no tracking information after a few days, contact our Customer Service on 1800 953 330 Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 6pm AEST
- We send your items as soon as they are ready. You might therefore receive your order in more than one delivery (at no extra charge of course). You will receive a delivery confirmation email for each sent package.
