If your parcel is returned to sender our customer service team will contact you and see if you would like the item sent back out to the correct address or a refund. Note if we do send the item out, you will only get one more attempt at receiving it successfully. If an address error persists after the second delivery attempt you will be refunded once the fulfilling store confirm they have received the item back in store.
