In-store purchases need to be returned to the store in person. You can return a product to any Foot Locker store nationally, just don’t forget your proof of purchase.
To meet our return conditions, your must:
- Return your product as outlined below within 28 days from the date of purchase
- Be in its original condition
- Be unused
- Has all its original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging in the condition you received it in
Additionally, be sure to not attach anything (like packaging tape) to the original shoe box, as this will void your return.
