Yes, you can! Just take the item(s) you wish to return to your nearest store along with your Tax Invoice. Our friendly Stripers will be happy to assist you.
The refund for items returned in-store will be credited to the card used to place the original order, which is why you need to show the Striper in-store your Tax Invoice. The processing time for the refund to appear in your account will vary according to the processing time of your bank.
However, for refunds where Afterpay or Paypal was the original payment method, the item(s) must be sent back to Foot Locker’s warehouse for the refund to be processed. Refunds cannot be processed in-store where Afterpay or Paypal were the original payment method.
Exchanges are not available for Afterpay or Paypal purchases both in-store and online.
