Creating an Account
Creating an account on our website is easy and has some advantages:
- Fast checkout: save your favourite addresses and never type them again
- Order status: check your order history and details, and track your package
- Personal details: manage your data, update your email or password
- Historical data: see past orders and relevant information
You can create an account during the checkout process, using the details you just entered, or at any time by clicking on the "Log in" link and filling in the mandatory fields. If you don’t want to create an account, you will still be able to place an order as a guest.
PLEASE NOTE: An online account at www.footlocker.co.nz is different to a Locker membership account.
I didn't receive an activation link for my account. What should I do?
Sometimes email providers filter out automatic emails into the spam or junk folders of your email account. Have a look in these folders to see if you can find our email. If you still can't activate your account, simply type in "Account Issue" in the chat and Flo, our chatbot, will be able to assist to request for a new activation link for you.
I made a typo in my email address. How can I access my account?
For security reasons, we can’t change the email address associated to your Foot Locker account. If you have made a mistake, simply create a new account with the correct address, and then activate it with the link we send to your email address.
If you have placed an order with the wrong email address, you can start a chat with Flo, our chatbot, for your order updates. Simply type in "Wrong Email Address" and Flo will be able to assist you to track your order.
Please be advised that our Customer Care agents will not be able to assist you with this matter via our Customer Care phone line. Instead, please use the chatbot for assistance.
How do I delete my account?
Deleting your account would mean that you would not be able to enjoy all the benefits of having an account anymore.
You would not be able to enjoy:
- Fast checkout: Save your favourite addresses and never type them again
- Order status: Check your order history and details, track your package, and manage returns
- Personal details: Manage your data, update your email or password
- Historical data: See past orders and relevant information
However, we respect your decision and to delete your account with us, simply type in "Account Issue" in the chat and Flo, our chatbot, will be able to assist you with this. Please note that once an account has been deleted, this action is not reversible.

My account has been deactivated but I did not do this. How can I reactivate? / My account login details are not working. Help!
If you need your account re-activated or new login credentials sent to you, simply type in "Account Issue" in the chat and Flo, our chatbot, will be able to assist you by escalating this matter to a Customer Care agent.
