Foot Locker Gift Cards come in any dollar amount up to $500, have no expiry date, can be used multiple times and are available for purchase from any of our stores. Unfortunately, at this time, gift cards cannot be purchased online or redeemed online.

NOTE: Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or cancelled. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded as gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes you can! However, we do not offer a gift wrapping / gift card service for online orders.
To send an order as a gift to someone, simply input their address and name in the Shipping Information at checkout.
Where can I buy a Foot Locker gift card?
Foot Locker gift cards can only be bought and redeemed in-stores. At the moment we do not offer online gift cards.
Are Foot Locker gift cards transferable?
Yes, our gift cards are not tied to any one specific person and can be used by anyone who has the card. Therefore, we encourage you to keep your gift cards safe to prevent any loss as we are not able to track any lost gift cards.
This also means that you can give this as a gift to anyone easily!
Can I use multiple gift cards in a single transaction?
Yes, you may use multiple gift cards to make a purchase in a single transaction in stores. Do note that the gift cards can only be redeemed in the country they were purchased from.
Can I use a gift card if it was issued in a different country?
Gift cards are country specific. It is not possible to use a gift card in another country even if the currency is the same. Sorry!
What if my gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Your gift card is like cash. You're responsible for keeping it safe.
If your card is lost or stolen, unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund it. If your card is damaged, please take it into your nearest Foot Locker store, and our team will inspect the card for you.
Note: If you have purchased/ received your gift card through a third party site, please contact the Customer Care team of the origin of the card (i.e. if you are facing issues with a Foot Locker gift card purchased via Prezzee, please contact the Prezzee Customer Care team for assistance).

Foot Locker reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time where change is required: to add or remove goods and services which may be purchased with the gift card; for changes to any Foot Locker customer loyalty program; for infrastructural, systems, administrative or operations reasons to prevent potential fraudulent or unlawful activity; to comply with any contract, law, regulation or statute or order or judgement of any court, tribunal or other body having competent jurisdiction; or where Foot Locker is acting reasonably and considers that it will not be to the gift card user’s detriment. These Terms of Use are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws in New Zealand. Any dispute arising from your receipt or use of a Foot Locker gift card is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
