Although we try to process all returns as fast as possible, it may take up to 14 calendar days to process your refund. When a parcel arrives back, a dedicated team unboxes and examines each product for signs of usage or damage – which is the reason why we ask you to fill out the return form with the appropriate reason for the return and recommend contacting our Customer Service team with any issues with your order. Your refund is triggered once we have confirmed that you returned the item(s) in the same condition as you had received them.
