How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect allows you to buy online and pick up your order in your preferred store.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Choose your item and size.
2. Select the "pick up in store" option and then on "show nearby stores" to find your preferred store.
3. Add to cart and place an order with your credit or debit card.
4. Wait for the "ready for pick up" confirmation email when your order is ready.
5. Collect your order from the store. Please bring these 2 items:
• Photo ID (Passport, driving license or Kiwi Access Card only) or your payment card; and
• Your "ready for pick up" confirmation email.
We only accept debit and credit card payments for Click & Collect orders. All payments are subject to completion of security verification.
When will my order be ready?
Pick-up times may vary, but we try to complete your order as quickly as possible.
Generally, orders can be ready for pick up within 24 hours, although items sent to some stores may take up to 5 business days.
Before visiting us, please wait until you receive your "Ready for Pick Up" or "Delivered to Store" confirmation email. Check your email for store opening hours, as they may affect pick-up times.
Cancellation Policy
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched to your nominated store, a processing fee may apply, and any processing or delivery-related fees that have already been paid will not be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If the goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a full refund, including any applicable fees.
How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your order for up to 10 days from the date of your "Ready for Pick Up" confirmation email. If you do not collect your order within that time period, we will cancel your order and provide a refund.
What do I need to present to collect my order?
When collecting from the store, please bring the following items with you:
1. Proof of Identity - For fraud prevention purposes, we are only able to release your order after seeing a form of photo ID (Passport, Driving license or Kiwi Access Card only) or your payment card.
2. Proof of Purchase - A copy of your "ready for pick up" confirmation email.
If you have opted for another person to collect the purchased goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase and their own photo ID (Passport, Driving license or Kiwi Access Card only).
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
You may return your order via in-store or mail. Please refer to our Foot Locker Return Policy for more information.
How do I make an exchange?
We do not allow exchanges. However, you may process a return and make a new purchase.
I believe I have a defective item. What now?
Please head into your nearest Foot Locker store, and our friendly Stripers will be more than happy to assess your item!
Please bring your receipt and all packaging of the affected product to the store. Our staff will check if the item is faulty and guide you on the next steps.
Changes in Pick-up Location
Can I switch the store I collect from after placing my order?
We are not able to make changes to the pick-up location after your order has been placed.
I am unable to pick up at the store I selected. Can I ship the order to my home address instead?
The store is unable to ship the item to another location. Please also note that if you do not collect your order within 10 days from the date of your "Ready for Pick Up" confirmation email, we will cancel your order and provide a refund..

We collect the personal information you give us to provide you with products and services. When you make a Click & Collect order, we need your personal information to complete the transaction and provide your products to you, including by verifying your identity or the identity of any individual you authorise to collect your order. We will usually collect full name, phone number, email, and address. When attending our store to collect the order, we also request photo ID to verify identity and may use images from our store cameras, which operate 24/7 for store security and loss prevention.
If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to accept your order or provide your products to you through the ‘Click & Collect’ facility at our stores.
We may share your personal information with third parties we have engaged to help us provide products and services to you. Personal information shared with our partner may be handled or stored overseas.
