Are the prices the same online as in-store?
We strive to maintain consistent prices across our stores and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or markdowns that are only available when purchasing online or in-store.
Does the website show stock in real time?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. We update our website regularly, but due to high order volumes, stock levels change rapidly, and we can't display real-time availability. To ensure you get your desired size, please order only if it shows as “In stock” or visit your nearest store.
I cannot check out / add a product to my cart.
If you cannot add a product to your cart or see "Checkout Technical Error" when you try to check out, the item or size may be sold out.
Occasionally, there may be discrepancies between our website inventory and actual stock, especially for popular items that sell out quickly. This lag in real-time updates is due to the high number of visitors.
