How to enter a raffle with EQL?
We have partnered with EQL for our online raffles, ensuring smooth launches of unique and limited products. EQL prevents site crashes and bots, promoting fairness in the process.
This means:
- Only humans can enter raffles; each entry undergoes multi-step security checks to verify you are human.
- One entry per person, ensured by unique ID tags per entry.
- Launches are always secure: We use best-in-class security protocols to ensure your information is always safe and secure.
- Entering is easy once your EQL account is verified.
Entering a draw is simple by following these steps below!
- Go to the EQL-powered raffle form.
- Create an EQL account.
- Provide shipping and payment details.
- Verify your entry.
- Submit.
Your raffle entry is now registered! Only one entry per person is allowed to keep the raffle fair.
Please note that we will need you to verify your card via 3D Secure through your bank to confirm you are the real cardholder. This process prevents fraud and ensures the card is not stolen. We require your card details to process your order promptly if you win the raffle. Shipping is included in the total, and you will only be charged if you are selected as a winner when the raffle ends.

Can I withdraw or make changes to my raffle entry?
Yes, but only if the raffle is still open.
To withdraw: Visit the launch page and click the red 'Cancel my Entry' button. You will be removed from the draw and will not be charged.
To make changes: If you entered an incorrect address, you can update it before the raffle closes by logging into your EQL account to make the necessary changes. Please double-check your address to ensure your winnings are sent correctly, as we cannot assist with address changes after the winner confirmation email is sent.
If you do win the raffle and decide to withdraw, that is not possible.
Once the raffle is closed, verified entries are binding. By confirming an entry, you agree to purchase the product if you win (as per the terms and conditions). Once a raffle prize is allocated, the product is no longer available for other customers to buy.
How do I know if I have won?
We raffle highly sought-after products with limited supply, which will attract thousands of participants!
All entrants will be notified of the results via SMS and email once the raffle closes, regardless of the outcome.
Winners will receive an additional invoice by email. Your item will be shipped and processed as an online order, and you will get a tracking number once dispatched.
Can I exchange a raffle item I have won?

Please note that items won through our raffle are considered “high heat” or limited-release products, and as such, we do not offer exchanges.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the item is defective or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable rights or remedies you may have under the ACL or any other applicable law.
