Return Handling Fee
Return Handling Fee:
Effective from 2nd June 2025 (00:01am AEDT), an AUD10 Return Handling Fee applies for any change of mind returns sent via post using our return portal. This fee will be deducted from any refund amount due to you.
Exemptions from the Return Handling Fee:
The Return Handling Fee will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Products that are faulty, damaged or not as described at the time of delivery
- Products that are being returned due to an error on our part
- Products subject to mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be fulfilled
- Products recalled by us or the manufacturer

The Return Handling Fee will be charged per return label generated and dependent on the return reason being processed.
When processing returns on the Ready Returns Portal, please choose the most appropriate reason for return.
For multiple items returns due to various reasons:
A return email will be sent to notify you on the return charges.
