How can I earn points?
You can earn points every time you make a purchase or finish an earn activity. You earn 100 points for every $1 you spend. Here’s how:

In-Store
When you’re ready to check out, show a store team member your FLX® Rewards ID or provide your email address or mobile number.

Online/Click & Collect
Sign in to your FLX® Rewards account before completing your purchase.

Complete Earn Activities
Points can be earned by completing Earn activities such as taking online surveys, sharing shopping preferences, watching videos, and more. Go to My Account to see all the ways to earn.
Important to know:

Points are earned on the order subtotal, after any applied discounts.
Example: Your order is $100 before shipping. You apply a $10 FLX® Cash reward, bringing your subtotal to $90. You will earn points on the $90 you pay, equalling 9,000 points.
- You won’t earn points when you buy a gift card. However, points will be earned on the purchase total when the gift card is used.
Can I earn points in other countries?
No, you can only earn points in your country of residence.
How many points can I earn each month?
There is a limit of 40,000 points earned on Purchases and 1,500 points earned on Earn activities each month.

How do I see my available points?
You can check the FLX® Rewards Dashboard to view your available points and ways you can redeem them.
Can I share my points?
No, you can only earn and redeem points within your own FLX® Rewards account.
There is a limit of one FLX® Rewards membership per person, and points cannot be transferred between accounts.
When will my points appear in my account?
Points earned will be added to your account within 3 working days:
- In-Store: After purchase
- Online: After your order is shipped
- Click & Collect: After receiving the ‘Ready for Pick Up’ email
- Activities: After completing the activity
In some cases, this may take up to 30 days.
Do note that orders may be split into multiple shipments. When that happens, you will earn points on each portion of the order when it ships.
Do FLX points expire?
Yes. Unless redeemed, points expire on the last day of the month falling 12 months after they were earned.
For example, points earned on 10 August 2026 will expire on 31 August 2027.
We will also email you at least 30 days before any individual points are due to expire under the 12-month rule.
