If you made a purchase but didn’t have your FLX® Rewards account linked at the time, you may still be eligible to receive your points.
You have 30 days from the purchase date to have your points credited – provided you have a valid receipt/order confirmation email.
To have your points credited, contact our Customer Care Team and provide your receipt details.
Unfortunately, without a receipt, we will be unable to assist you with crediting FLX points for purchases made in-store.
Purchases made before becoming an FLX® Rewards member do not earn points.
