If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched to your nominated store, a processing fee may apply, and any processing or delivery-related fees that have already been paid will not be refunded.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.
Changes in Pick-up Location
Can I switch the collection store after placing my order?
No, we are unable to make changes to the pick-up location after your order has been placed.
I am unable to pick up at the store I selected. Can I ship the order to my home address instead?
No, the store is unable to ship the item to another location.
Please also note that if you do not collect your order within 10 days from the date of your "Ready for Pick Up" confirmation email, we will cancel your order and provide a refund.
