Can I buy a Gift Card in one country and use it in another?
Physical Gift Cards are only valid in the country where they were bought.
A Gift Card bought in New Zealand can only be used in New Zealand, and a Gift Card bought in Australia can only be used in Australia.
Currently, digital Gift Cards can only be used in the country where they were purchased.
What happens if I return something I bought with a Gift Card?
You will receive a new Gift Card with the same value as the returned item.

When making an in-store return of an item purchased in-store, you will receive a physical Gift Card.
- When making an in-store or online return of an item purchased online, you will receive a new digital Gift Card via email.
Can I get a refund or replacement for a Gift Card?
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please treat your Gift Card like cash.
