What are Promotional Codes?
Promotional codes are limited-use codes that Foot Locker releases to customers to enter at checkout to receive discounts, special offers, or other promotional benefits on eligible purchases.
Occasionally, promotional codes may be shared through our social media channels, marketing emails, or website. We will promote available offers through these channels when they are active and available to use.
What happens to my Promotional Code if my order is cancelled?
Unfortunately, promotional codes are limited-use promotional offers. Once a promo code has been successfully applied and redeemed on an order, it is considered used and cannot be reissued or reused, even if the order is later cancelled.
