Can I cancel, add or remove items in my order?
No, you won’t be able to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed.
As we process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, once the order is passed to our warehouse, the contents can’t be modified.
However, you can place a new order for any additional items you’d like. If there’s anything in your current order you’re not happy with, you can always return it.
If you realise you need to cancel an order immediately after you placed it, cancelling it may still be possible. In this case, contact our Customer Care team for assistance!
