How many accounts can I have?
Each FLX® Rewards member is limited to one Account per person, with a maximum of one Account per mobile phone number and one per email address.
Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.
How do I change my details in my FLX Account?
You can access your account details to edit, using the steps below:

Log in to your FLX Account and go to the 'My Account' page.
- Select 'Personal info' and edit the information.
Do note that customers have control over their account information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.
I made a typo in my email address. How can I access my account?
You will need to create a new FLX account.
Unfortunately, our previous points and order history will not transfer to your new account.
I forgot my password.
Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign-in page and enter your registered email address. A verification code will be sent to the registered email – this can take a few minutes.
Enter the verification code on screen to continue and create your new password.
How do I manage my FLX marketing email preferences?
Go to your FLX Dashboard and select 'Manage Preferences'. Choose 'Yes' to subscribe or 'No' to unsubscribe.
You can also use the unsubscribe link in any FLX email.
How do I delete my FLX Account?
To delete your FLX Account, you will need to fill in the Privacy Web Form.
