What is the FLX® Rewards Wallet?
Located on your FLX® Rewards Dashboard, the Rewards Wallet stores all your rewards and discounts (such as FLX® Cash) that can be applied to future purchases.
Once redeemed, any reward that can be applied to a purchase will be automatically added to your Rewards Wallet.

How do I redeem rewards?
Your FLX® Rewards Dashboard is your central destination for all membership information. Head to the ‘Redeem’ tab to view all available rewards, including FLX Cash.
All redemptions are final.
How do I receive my birthday gift?
Add your birth month to your FLX account. Your birthday gift will be available to claim from the first day of the month before your birthday month through the last day of your birthday month.

Once claimed, the birthday gift expires 30 days after the date of claim.
