How can I use my points?
You can redeem your points for FLX® Cash, promotions, and more. Head to your FLX® Rewards Dashboard to see all available rewards.
FLX® Cash
You can use points for a $5, $10, or $20 FLX® Cash discount on your order.

When shopping online, there are two ways to redeem your points for FLX® Cash. You can redeem from your FLX® Rewards Dashboard or in your cart.
FLX® Rewards Dashboard
In the ‘redeem’ tab, select the FLX® Cash reward amount you would like to redeem. Once redeemed, the reward will be added to your Rewards Wallet. To apply your FLX® Cash, simply head to checkout and apply the reward to your order.
In Cart
In your cart, the message ‘You have enough points for an FLX® Cash reward!’ should show.
Select ‘Redeem now’ followed by ‘Redeem FLX® Cash’.
Choose the FLX® Cash reward you’d like to redeem and select ‘Redeem’.
Lastly, ensure your FLX® Cash has been applied at checkout!
Important Note about Locate Orders
FLX® Cash cannot be applied to Locate orders. You will still be able to use FLX® Cash on eligible in‑store purchases and online orders, but Locate orders currently aren’t supported. We apologise for any inconvenience.
What happens to my points if I make a return?
If you return an item or cancel an order, points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your Account.
If this results in a negative point balance, subsequent purchases or Engagement Activities will restore your balance to a positive.
