What is FLX® Cash?
You can redeem points for an FLX® Cash reward to save money on in-store and online purchases.
Do take note:
FLX® Cash can only be used for purchases made at Foot Locker.
FLX® Cash is not treated as money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How it works:.

Go to your FLX® Rewards Dashboard to check your available points balance.

Once redeemed, the FLX® Cash reward will be in your FLX® Rewards Wallet. You will have 70 days to use your reward before it expires. Some rewards, like your birthday gift, expire 30 days after receiving them.
- If shopping online, apply your reward at checkout to save on your order. If shopping in-store, let a Striper know you would like to apply your FLX® Cash reward at purchase.
To use FLX® Cash, your order subtotal must exceed the FLX Cash amount.
For example: if you have a $20 FLX® Cash reward, your order subtotal (before any fees) must be $20.01 or more.
Does FLX® Cash have any exclusions?
You may use FLX® Cash even if an item says “Excluded from Discount”
FLX® Cash cannot be applied toward:
Shipping or handling fees
Any other applicable fees
Gift card purchases
Locate Orders
FLX® Cash also cannot be used:
With more than one additional coupon code (e.g., combining with a student discount and another offer)
In combination with other FLX® Cash Rewards in a single transaction
With offers received from the Customer Pulse Survey or any other survey/feedback program designated by us
Can I combine an FLX® Cash reward with other discounts and offers?
To maximise your savings on a purchase, you may use one FLX® Cash reward alongside either one coupon code or one automatically applied offer.

What happens to my FLX® Cash if I make a return?
FLX® Cash will be returned to the original purchaser’s account in the form of the corresponding points.

Points earned should appear in your account within 3 days, although in some cases it may take up to 30 days.
